Η γυμναστική βοηθάει. Είτε μας αρέσει είτε όχι. Βοηθάει. 1-2 ώρες περπάτημα, μισή ώρα τρέξιμο. Δεν της είπαμε να πάρει φάρμακα. Ούτε θα βγάλει σπυρια αν γυμναστει. Αμέσως να σχολιάσετε αρνητικά λες και είπαμε κάτι κακό.Επίσης, το να συνταγογραφείτε σε κάποιον για το άγχος συμβουλές γκουγκλ τύπου "κάνε γυμναστική" και "μην αγχώνεσαι" είναι τουλάχιστον ηλίθιο και βοηθάει μόνο τον εαυτό σας να νιώσει καλά που νομίζει ότι βοήθησε κάποιον άνθρωπο, λολ.
