εδω οπως ακουγα,,1 κομματι σοκολατα πχ το τρως σε μια στιγμη..
και για να το καψεις,,θελεις ώρεες τρεξιμο..
δεν αξιζει..
χρειαζεται βεβαια η γυμναστικη και το ξερω,,-μονο με διατροφη θα φτασεις σε ενα σημειο που δεν χανεις αλλο λιπος-αλλα όντως..πρωτα απο όλα η σωστη διατροφη..
που δεν σε αναγκαζει,αλλα την συνηθιζεις και σου αρεσει,,αλλιως δεν γινεται τιποτα..
πχ εδω και 2 μηνες εχω κοψει εντελως και το αλατι,,εχω να ριξω πανω στο φαγητο τοοσεες μερες..
και δεν μου λειπει..απλα καταλαβαινω τις γευσεις καλυτερα..και βαζω ριγανη,λεμονι,παπρικα πιπερι και αλλα μπαχαρικα..
και κατι ελιες που δοκμασα,,που μου αρεσαν παλια,,τις βρηκα λυσσαα,,
